Methods of Payment

We accept only credit cards as follows:

Shipping and handling fees

All the items are shipped by EMS.

In-stock items		2 - 7 business days
Out-of-stock items		5 - 14 business days

*Owing to customs or holiday season, it may need some more days.

Shipping is made after your credit card authorization and verification has been obtained.

15kg is the maximum weight we can ship in 1 box.  If your order weighs heavier than 15kg, another box is needed.  We’ll also charge shipping and handling fees for the 2nd box.

If necessary, you can receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. For example, in case you ordered both of an in-stock item and an out-of-stock item at a time, and wish the in-stock item to be sent before the out-of-stock item is ready. (We’ll charge shipping and handling fees twice.)

How we determine the rate

The shipping and handling fees are determined depending on your country and the weight of the items that you ordered.

Shopping Policy

If requested, we will try to look for unlisted manga comics and toys what you want, and will contact you if and when we find them by e-mail. (Please understand that there is a case we can’t find them.)

We are closed on National holidays and Saturdays and Sundays. If your order is made on a Japanese holiday, we regard the order is made on the following day. 

And, as for the order made on Saturday and Sunday, we regard the order is made on the following Monday.

We do not accept any cancellation of your order.

Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept the return and exchange of any product but the following situations are exceptions.

The product you purchased has already been damaged.

The product shipped to you has been delivered by our mistake.

*But, please be careful. We can’t accept return or exchange once you open the product’s package, damage or use the product.
